A Consultation begins with a thorough walkthrough and
evaluation of each room in your home. We will discuss with
you your home's best features, as well as trouble spots, and
give you simple remedies that you can complete in a time
frame that is comfortable to you. Homeowners and Realtors
are encouraged to take notes during the session.

Staging
To stage your home for maximum show-stopping buyer appeal,
I will re-purpose your furnishings, accessories and art as
well as bring my inventory of beautiful items.
Attention to the home’s best features, furniture and flow,
lighting, and accessory impact are just a few of the areas I
consider when staging your home for that “wow,
I-want-to-live-here!” factor.
Each of
the home’s Main Living Areas (The Foyer, Dining Room,
Kitchen/Breakfast, Family Room, and Master Bedroom/Bath)
will be edited and arranged to show off its best features.
